Patty Williams
Senior Recruiter
Patty joined the CSL Staffing team in 2022, bringing her expertise and skills to the organization. Having grown up in the scenic city of Oceanside, she relocated to San Diego in 2002. Patty has proven to be highly proficient in matching outstanding candidates with their ideal career opportunities, fostering successful placements with our esteemed clients. During her leisure time, she takes pleasure in observing her children participate in sports.
Erika Hernandez
Administrative Assistant
Erika has been an essential member of the CSL Staffing team for more than a year, fulfilling the crucial role of our Payroll Admin. Her primary responsibility revolves around ensuring the accurate and timely processing of timecards, maintaining the efficiency of our payroll operations. Outside of her professional commitments, Erika finds great pleasure in immersing herself in the tranquility of nature, embarking on camping trips, and venturing into new national parks alongside her beloved family.

Office Manager
Katie Lowery is an exceptional office manager specializing in HR and payroll. With her approachable demeanor, trustworthy nature, and friendly disposition, she effortlessly fosters a positive work environment. Her sharp intellect and problem-solving skills make her an invaluable asset. Outside of work, she cherishes her role as a dedicated mother of three, finding joy in bowling and the exhilaration of riding roller coasters.

Sammy has been part of the CSL team for 2 years and recruiting for 4 years. Her favorite part of her job is seeing her candidate grow in their new careers. In her spare time Sammy enjoys exploring all the beauty San Diego has to offer. She enjoys meeting new people and helping others along the way.

Ingrid Griffin began her Account Manager and Recruiting career in the staffing industry over 25 years ago from a family friend! Ingrid is outgoing, knowledgeable, and trustworthy and strongly focuses on building and maintaining client and candidate relationships in various industries, including a recent expansion in the Health Care Industry. Her unique, in-depth understanding of her client’s needs allows her to bring the right person to the right role. She is a beach lover and finds it very soothing and relaxing!

Vianey is a graduate of San Diego State University with a degree in Business Management, she has been working in the staffing industry since 2018 and is currently an Account Manager. Her dedication to clients and candidates has allowed her to build long-lasting relationships. Her goal is to truly understand clients and candidates need to be able to create the best fit! On her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, yoga, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Pauline Gourdie, Chief Executive Officer
Some may say that being the eldest of a large family sets you up to be a leader by default. That may be true, however, it also afforded me the tools to identify talent. Whether it was washing the dishes, cleaning the car, making the dinner, or folding clothes, I noticed that each and every one of my siblings brought a particular talent to the table. I quickly realized that not everyone shares the same talents and therefore, not every job is a perfect fit.
As a young teenager from Scotland who was propelled into the deep south of Huntsville, Alabama, I soon learned firsthand what it felt to not “fit” in. I think it’s fair to say that most of us have had experiences in life where the fit has not been a good one. So I guess it is of no surprise that I find myself applying skills I learned from my own experiences growing up in talent acquisition and fit, to my working life.
Upon graduating from the school of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University, I returned home to Scotland. Not knowing the local job market, I joined a temporary staffing agency (Renfield Recruitment) to help me in my job search. I secured a position at IBM through that agency within two weeks of hitting Scottish soil, converted to a IBM full time contractor within 6 months, and then fast-tracked through the IBM career system. I am indebted to Renfield recruitment for opening the door for me, and offering me an opportunity with IBM. My recruitment manager had not only assisted in helping me into a career spanning over a decade, moreover, she had found me a perfect job fit!
In the latter stages of my career with IBM and subsequently Lenovo, I was afforded the opportunity to assist in establishing fulfilment centers across the world, helping to train, recruit, and develop teams. With varying cultures at play, I observed first-hand the importance of employee fit and the impact a good or bad one can have in the business environment.
Leaning on my personal experience of working with a staffing agency, recruitment and development of teams, business and educational background, I established CSL Staffing 2016. I can honestly say I haven’t looked back. I absolutely love what I do. I get so much satisfaction in placing people into jobs; in fulfilling business needs; or seeing people grow and thrive!
I fundamentally believe that everyone deserves to be given the opportunity to find a great job and at CSL Staffing, we help find those jobs and open doors for people, just like me at the start of my career.
