Washington Changes Key Employer Obligations for High-Risk Workers

Gov. Jay Inslee recently amended a COVID-19-related proclamation that provides certain workplace protection for high-risk workers during pandemic. Employers have more flexibility under the amendments, but stringent obligations remain in place.
