EEOC Expects July Deadline for Filing EEO-1 Reports

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) plans to open the EEO-1 portal at the end of April and collect data through July, according to a March 12 announcement. Covered employers must submit EEO-1 reports each year about the number of employees who work for the business sorted by job category, race, ethnicity and sex.
