EEOC Will Start Collecting EEO-1 Reports on April 26

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will open its EEO-1 portal for 12 weeks beginning on April 26, the agency recently announced. Covered employers must submit EEO-1 reports each year about the number of employees who work for the business sorted by job category, race, ethnicity and sex.
