Per Diems Should Have Been Included in Calculation of Overtime

A health care staffing agency should have included weekly per diem benefits in their traveling clinicians’ regular rate of pay for purposes of calculating their overtime pay, according to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
